We are hiring a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager for the MuleSoft Product Marketing team. You will translate high-level product visions into tangible, technical experiences—building demos, technical click-paths, reference architectures, and enablement materials that communicate the value of our connectivity and governance platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end product demos and technical materials that showcase connectivity, governance, and platform capabilities.
- Create event activations and hands-on workshop demos for major conferences.
- Produce how-to guides, click-path demos, reference architectures, and enablement content for sales and customers.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Campaign, and Community teams.
- Stay experimental with trends in API, iPaaS, API Management, AI Gateway, low-code and LLM-based tooling to accelerate development.
Requirements
- 6–9 years of experience in technical product marketing, product management, or solution/technical engineering at a high-tech company (or equivalent).
- Familiarity with AI skills such as prompt engineering, agent governance, and agent orchestration; experience with AI Gateway concepts.
- Experience leveraging low-code and “vibe-code” approaches and AI coding assistants to accelerate development.
- Practical pro-code knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or languages such as Apex/Java and working with APIs.
- Experience with platforms like iPaaS, API Management, automation platforms, or enterprise applications (CRM or homegrown).
- Demonstrated ability to build marketing assets: positioning, messaging, slide decks, eBooks, event/webinar content.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to executives, customers, partners, and vendors.
- Willingness to travel to run on-site activations and lead technical workshops.
Nice to Haves
- Direct experience with MuleSoft or similar iPaaS/API Management/AI Gateway platforms.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma.
- Video editing and production skills (Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, Final Cut) to produce polished demo videos.
