Role
We are hiring a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager for MuleSoft to translate technical product visions into hands-on experiences, demos, and enablement that communicate the value of connectivity, governance, and AI-enabled integration. This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Campaign, and Community teams to create technical narratives and deliver demos for events, workshops, and sales enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end technical demos, click-paths, reference architectures, and immersive activations for events and workshops.
- Create content and enablement materials (how-to guides, click-paths, slide decks, eBooks, webinar content) for sales teams and customers.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, PMM, Sales, Campaigns, and Community to shape narratives and execute technical demonstrations.
- Present technical demos and content to executives, customers, partners, and event audiences.
- Stay experimental and evaluate trends in API, iPaaS, API Management, AI Gateway, low-code and AI coding assistants to accelerate demo and solution development.
- Travel as needed to run on-site activations and lead technical workshops.
Requirements
- 6–9 years of experience in technical product marketing, product management, or solution engineering at a high-tech company, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated expertise building product demos end-to-end and owning technical execution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience driving project execution.
- Ability to present to executives and external audiences and to lead workshops.
- Familiarity with AI skills such as prompt engineering, agent governance, and agent orchestration.
- Experience leveraging low-code/vibe-code approaches and AI coding assistants.
- Practical knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, APIs, or languages such as Apex and Java.
- Experience with platforms like iPaaS, API Management, Automation, or enterprise applications (CRM or homegrown).
Nice to Haves
- Experience with MuleSoft or similar iPaaS/API Management/AI Gateway platforms.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma.
- Video recording and editing skills (tools mentioned include Adobe Premier, Camtasia, FinalCut).
Compensation & Benefits
- Typical base salary range (base only): $143,400 - $216,900 annually.
