Sr. TypeScript Engineer

Role

Senior TypeScript Engineer focused on building, refactoring, and delivering production-ready features in a high-velocity, AI-assisted development environment. The role centers on using advanced AI coding tools and agentic workflows to accelerate delivery and iterate quickly within sprint cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, refactor, and deliver production-ready features using TypeScript in a modern application stack.
• Leverage advanced AI coding tools (Claude and/or Cursor) as a core part of the daily development workflow.
• Apply agentic development workflows to break down problems, generate and validate solutions, and accelerate delivery.
• Work within sprint cycles, committing to scoped deliverables and meeting assigned deadlines.
• Deliver a high volume of story points per sprint and align with top-tier performance benchmarks.
• Collaborate closely with senior engineers and technical leadership to solve complex technical problems.
• Review and improve existing code for performance, readability, and scalability.
• Participate in technical discussions and help shape best practices for AI-assisted development.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software development or a closely related role, delivering production-ready applications.
• Strong, hands-on fluency with TypeScript and experience building scalable, maintainable code in modern architectures.
• Demonstrated experience with agentic development workflows and using AI to plan, iterate, validate, and accelerate engineering tasks end-to-end.
• Recent, advanced experience using Claude and/or Cursor beyond basic code generation.
• Comfortable with vibe coding and working interactively with AI to converge on production-ready outcomes.
• Proven ability to deliver high output in sprint-based development environments.
• Fluent or very strong English communication skills and ability to collaborate with distributed, cross-functional teams.
