Staff Product Designer to lead design for Webflow’s Agentic CMS within the Content and Localization teams, owning the end-to-end content experience across authoring, governance, localization, and publishing. The role focuses on systems thinking, designing for both humans and AI agents, and partnering with PMs and engineers to align content models, APIs, and product strategy.

Role
Webflow is hiring a Staff Product Designer to lead design across the Content and Localization teams on the Build pillar, owning the Agentic CMS experience end-to-end. You will help shape Source (Webflow’s new platform) and define how enterprise marketing teams author, govern, localize, and publish content across multiple sites, channels, and AI agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Agentic CMS experience from discovery and UX strategy through prototyping, detailed execution, and shipped product.
- Design for both human users and AI agents, creating surfaces that work at scale with appropriate controls, transparency, and trust signals.
- Think in systems: hold coherent experience models across interconnected surfaces while simplifying individual flows.
- Work upstream with PMs, engineers, and researchers to align on content models, API affordances, and product strategy before implementation.
- Raise the bar in craft and process and use AI to iterate faster without sacrificing quality.
- Present work to cross-functional partners and senior leaders and advocate for how the CMS connects to the broader platform.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating work on ambiguous problems within complex products.
- Demonstrated experience with content systems, multi-user workflows, and agentic or AI-influenced experiences.
- Systems thinking at scale and the ability to maintain coherence across interconnected surfaces.
- Comfort with technical depth: engage with engineers on API design, data modeling, and content architecture.
- Strong interaction and visual design craft, fluency with AI-assisted workflows, and experience prototyping in code or production-adjacent environments.
Compensation & Location
- Employment type: Full-time, permanent, exempt.
- Location: Remote-first (United States; British Columbia & Ontario, Canada).
- Base pay is zoned by geographic market. Example ranges listed in the posting:
- United States (USD): Zone A $191,700–$230,000; Zone B $180,000–$216,000; Zone C $168,300–$202,000.
- Canada (CAD, ON & BC): $209,000–$251,000.
- Role is eligible for company-wide bonus program (target bonus is a percentage of base salary and varies by level).
