Adobe is hiring a Staff Product Designer for Firefly Enterprise and GenStudio to lead design for video adaptation workflows and a growing plug-in ecosystem. This senior leadership role is based in Noida and requires ownership of platform-scale design, close collaboration with engineering/product/research, and driving human-AI creative workflows for enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for Firefly Enterprise Engine Studio with emphasis on video adaptation workflows for social and outcome-focused use cases.
- Design scalable, extensible plug-in solutions across Adobe products and third-party platforms.
- Partner with engineering, product management, and applied research to prototype, test, and refine intelligent tools.
- Translate enterprise customer needs into usable, expressive, and scalable solutions with a customer-centric approach.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing craft feedback and career development support.
- Collaborate with and influence US-based teams and contribute to shared vision and execution across time zones.
- Use prototyping (Figma, motion studies, low-fi code, experimental builds) as a core tool for exploration.
- Advocate for accessibility, usability, and inclusive design throughout the build process.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in product, systems, or interaction composition, with work on complex tools or platforms.
- Strong design craft and a systems mindset focused on scale, extensibility, and automation.
- Experience designing AI-assisted, generative, or automated workflows, particularly for video and creative professionals.
- Technical proficiency and comfort collaborating on APIs, plug-in architectures, and platform ecosystems.
- Hands-on prototyping expertise (Figma, motion tools, or vibe-coding tools) and willingness to work at the intersection of strategy and implementation.
- Proven experience mentoring designers and influencing design quality across teams.
- Strong communication skills and experience working across India–US time zones.
- Commitment to user-centered design, accessibility, and inclusive experiences.
Preferred
- Experience designing accessible interfaces and familiarity with WCAG standards and accessibility testing.
- Certifications such as CPACC, WAS, CPWA, or ADS from IAAP are a plus.
