Staff Product Manager - AI Platform

Role

The Staff Product Manager will lead the product management function for Addepar’s AI Platform team, owning the central AI platform that powers AI capabilities across the company and managing flagship AI products such as Addison. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on zero-to-one product development and scaling new AI product offerings using agents, agentic workflows, and large language models (LLMs).

Key Responsibilities

• Define product direction, strategy and roadmaps for AI at Addepar and turn strategy into execution
• Execute on zero-to-one AI products from design through development, launch and scale
• Own roadmaps for high-visibility AI products and expand their adoption across the client base
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, product, marketing and go-to-market teams to deliver products
• Build a scalable AI platform to enable rapid solutions development across domains
• Mentor and support other product managers and establish product management practices and rituals

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in Fintech, SaaS, or AI product environments
• Hands-on builder mentality; enjoys “vibe coding” and staying current with AI tools and techniques
• Familiarity with core AI/LLM concepts: prompting, reinforcement learning, retrieval, agents/tool use, and evaluations
• Experience developing zero-to-one products and scaling commercial AI products
• Strong systems thinking, ability to distill complexity into product strategy and client-centric designs
• Disciplined product operator with experience in agile/lean delivery, PRD writing, and driving cross-functional execution
• Data-driven mindset: define KPIs, validate assumptions, and prioritize by impact
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder alignment skills
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-growing environments and bring structure where needed
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Compensation & Location

• Base salary range: $142,000 - $223,000 (base) plus bonus, equity, and benefits
• Addepar operates a global flexible workforce model with offices in New York City, Salt Lake City, London, Edinburgh, Pune, Dubai, Geneva, and São Paulo

• The role reports into the AI Platform team that builds the central platform powering AI capabilities across Addepar and owns flagship AI products
• Highly cross-functional and visible position requiring close partnership with engineering, design, product, marketing, and go-to-market teams
