Role
Lead product efforts to design, prototype, validate, and scale AI-driven solutions across Weedmaps’ enterprise SaaS ecosystem (Salesforce, SAP, Namely) and internal business processes. Act as a bridge between emerging AI capabilities and business impact, owning an enterprise AI roadmap and partnering with business units to reduce manual work and improve data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Own an Enterprise AI roadmap focused on AI-powered enhancements for SaaS ecosystems and business process automation.
- Identify manual bottlenecks in Finance, HR, and Sales (e.g., Order-to-Cash) and design AI-driven automation approaches.
- Prototype and iterate on functional AI agents and integrations using AI-native tools to validate concepts against enterprise APIs and data.
- Define operational standards (e.g., error budgets, accuracy thresholds) for AI outputs in business-critical systems.
- Curate and version-control definitive “Golden Sets” from internal enterprise data to evaluate and grade AI performance.
- Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to translate prototypes into production-ready requirements and guardrails.
Requirements
- Staff level: 8+ years in Product Management for Enterprise Applications (Principal: 12+ years).
- Proven delivery of high-impact features within Salesforce, SAP, or Namely ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience using GenAI tools to build small prototypes (vibe-coding) that validate requirements and reduce engineering ambiguity.
- Familiarity with LLM limitations (context windows, hallucinations) and experience integrating RAG-style solutions into business workflows.
- Deep experience with Salesforce AI (Einstein) or Namely and strong domain knowledge of Order-to-Cash and revenue operations.
Compensation & Benefits (summary)
- Base pay range: $177,441 - $193,800 per year.
