Role
Lead product strategy and hands-on prototyping to apply generative AI across Weedmaps’ enterprise business applications. The role owns an AI roadmap for SaaS ecosystems (Salesforce, SAP, Namely), validates prototypes using AI-native tools, and drives scaled implementations that automate workflows and improve data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize an Enterprise AI roadmap focused on SaaS ecosystems and internal business process automation.
- Partner with Finance, HR, Sales, and other business units to identify manual bottlenecks (e.g., Order-to-Cash) and design AI-driven automation.
- Build and iterate functional prototypes using AI-native tools (Cursor, Replit) to validate how AI agents interact with enterprise APIs.
- Define operational standards (error budgets, accuracy targets) for AI outputs in business-critical systems and ensure brand voice and data integrity.
- Curate and version-control definitive “Golden Sets” from enterprise data to evaluate AI performance.
- Translate prototype artifacts into clear requirements and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
Requirements
- Staff level: 8+ years in Product Management for Enterprise Applications (Principal: 12+ years).
- Proven delivery experience within Salesforce, SAP, or Namely ecosystems.
- Mandatory hands-on experience using generative AI tools (vibe-coding) to produce small prototypes and validate requirements.
- Practical understanding of LLM constraints (context windows, hallucinations) and experience integrating RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) into workflows.
- Deep familiarity with Salesforce AI (Einstein) or Namely AI capabilities.
- Domain knowledge of Order-to-Cash transformation and revenue operations.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay range: $194,200 - $214,704 per year (USD).
