Flexport is hiring a Staff Product Manager, Growth to own the company website and the end-to-end self-serve funnel, bridging Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Sales. The role focuses on defining strategy and KPIs to convert visitors into qualified pipeline and scale product-led growth motions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Flexport.com as a growth channel: set product vision, roadmap, and KPIs for the marketing website.
- Drive SEO/AEO strategy, information architecture, and content performance to increase organic traffic and domain authority.
- Lead conversion rate optimization across landing pages, product pages, and CTAs using structured experimentation (A/B tests, multivariate tests, holdouts).
- Partner with Design, Product, and Engineering to ship web experiences that reduce friction and increase signups and qualification.
- Own the self-serve funnel from first visit through signup, onboarding, activation, and handoff to Sales; define and instrument key growth metrics and dashboards.
- Identify and scale product-led growth levers such as trial flows, in-platform conversion moments, guided onboarding, and expansion signals.
- Serve as the primary product partner to Marketing: translate campaign objectives into product requirements and ensure product signals feed lead scoring and sales workflows.
- Collaborate with Sales on definitions of lead quality and align product experiences to deliver high-quality leads.
- Build and run an experimentation program: hypothesis backlog, test prioritization, statistical rigor, and scaling winners.
- Partner with Data Engineering to ensure event instrumentation, attribution models, and reporting infrastructure support growth analytics.
- Leverage AI tools and workflows to accelerate experimentation, personalization, rapid prototyping of landing pages/microsites, and campaign automations.
Requirements
- Significant product management experience with deep focus on growth, conversion, or product-led growth at a high-growth B2B technology company.
- Proven track record of improving web traffic, signup conversion, activation, or pipeline generation; strong familiarity with funnels, cohorts, and experiments.
- Deep understanding of enterprise B2B buying motions (long cycles, committees) and experience driving leads that Sales can close.
- Strong preference for former tech founders or early-stage operators who have owned end-to-end go-to-market execution.
- Power user of AI in product workflows (examples listed), and bonus for experience with vibe coding or low-code AI tools to build landing pages and automations.
- Fluent in web analytics, attribution modeling, and experimentation tooling; comfortable writing SQL and building dashboards.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems and understanding of how product events feed lead scoring and sales processes.
- Strong product craft: clear PRDs, defined success metrics, iterative shipping, ruthless scoping, and excellent cross-functional communication.
