Role
Staff Technical Program Manager on the Business Acceleration team focused on accelerating Intuit’s product strategies through AI-native zero-to-one capabilities and rapid POCs. Partner with Business Units to prioritize projects, establish program structures, and deliver measurable business/customer ROI within 6–12 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive cross-functional development teams to build AI-native zero-to-one capabilities and experiences.
- Contribute as a technical builder using AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., vibe coding) to develop rapid POCs and early-stage concepts.
- Create program structures, define product and operational standards, dashboards, and processes.
- Manage program reporting, executive communications, and senior leader escalations.
- Drive continuous improvement across multi-organization program teams to increase velocity and operational excellence.
- Influence program outcomes to align with Intuit’s technical and business strategy and bring outside-in learnings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Product Development, Product Management, Design, Research, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Keep stakeholders informed on program progress, risks, and issues; align teams on highest-priority programs.
Qualifications
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent degree.
- 7+ years of program management experience leading multiple complex software development programs end-to-end.
- Proven experience driving organizational change in a matrixed environment.
- Experience leading programs that leverage AI and Generative AI tools and technologies.
- Strong executive-level communication, presentation, and storytelling skills; ability to visually communicate complex topics.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority, balance strategic and tactical work, and galvanize teams around execution plans.
- Experience driving outcomes in Agile/Scrum environments and balancing date-driven business needs with prioritization-based development.
Compensation & Location
- Base pay ranges provided for California locations: Bay Area, CA: $177,500–$240,500; Southern California: $165,500–$224,000.
