Role
As a Staff UX Designer on Google Cloud Business Platform, you will lead design strategy for the Transact Platform, define UX goals for enterprise transact experiences, and drive end-to-end user journeys across agreement flows. You will create wireframes, flows, storyboards, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes, and partner closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design strategy and define UX goals for enterprise Transact experiences.
- Influence and design end-to-end user journeys across agreement workflows.
- Mentor and coach designers, promoting best practices and a culture of design excellence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Communicate design at various stages using wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in product design or UX.
- Include a portfolio, website, or accessible work samples in your resume.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing with Figma.
- Experience working on complex enterprise products.
- Experience in mobile-first social application space.
- Experience with the Salesforce Lightning Design System.
- Ability to use AI tools to create prototypes (e.g., Vibe coding).
Location & Compensation
- Preferred work locations to indicate when applying: Kirkland, WA; Sunnyvale, CA (USA).
- US base salary range (full-time): $178,000 - $265,000. Compensation also includes bonus, equity, and benefits; actual pay varies by location and candidate factors.
Team & Context
- You will work within multidisciplinary UX teams alongside researchers, writers, content strategists, program managers, and engineers to build enterprise-grade products on Google Cloud.
