Role
Stryker is hiring a Summer 2027 Advanced Support Tools intern to join the Advanced Technical Support Tools team in Indiana. The intern will contribute to building tools and AI solutions that help the Tech Support team troubleshoot customer issues faster and deliver operational efficiency.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and remain enrolled after the internship
- Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (verified at time of hire)
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Python, SQL, Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform
- Familiarity with ETL frameworks and desire to learn how to build them
- Experience with version control and build automation systems like Git
- Familiarity with backend frameworks such as Flask and FastAPI
- Familiarity with data processing libraries like NumPy, Pandas and Airflow
- Familiarity with Cursor, Microsoft CoPilot, prompt engineering and vibe-coding tools
- Desire to grow technically and deliver exceptional customer outcomes
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly wage range: $20–$35 per hour
- Sign-on bonus
- 11 paid holidays annually
