Job Description

Role

The Supply Chain Solutions Analyst II - AI will develop, execute, monitor, and report on continuous improvement AI projects within the Supply Chain Solutions Group. The role owns multiple concurrent AI projects, maps and documents processes, analyzes workflows for standardization and automation opportunities, and evaluates project results to drive optimal supply chain outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for AI-enabled supply chain improvement projects (planning, execution, testing, monitoring, and reporting).
  • Map processes, document workflows, and produce SOPs, flow charts, decision trees and other visualizations to support implementation and communication.
  • Translate functional requirements into test plans/test cases; perform testing and document results.
  • Analyze solutions for ROI, cost-benefit, and feasibility; define metrics and indicators to evaluate success.
  • Develop inputs for predictive, prescriptive, and experimental analyses; evaluate and implement analysis results.
  • Coordinate, prioritize, and track all concurrent AI projects and follow up on external dependencies.
  • Conduct pre- and post-mortems, capture lessons learned, and present progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Stay current on emerging tools, techniques and technologies that support process improvement and automation.

Requirements

  • Minimum ~4 years combined experience in supply chain, IT, engineering or related field; plus experience in data analysis, data presentation/architecture or statistics, and business/continuous process improvement.
  • Experience designing and deploying hybrid or fully autonomous AI agents that execute tasks.
  • Experience in prompt engineering, vibe coding, rapid prototyping, and AI agent development.
  • Familiarity with AI product lifecycle activities including model performance monitoring and feedback loops to sustain ROI.
  • Ability to define and report metrics, run ROI/CBA analyses, and evaluate feasibility.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills; ability to influence both business and IT leaders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ~6 years experience in supply chain, IT, engineering, or related domains; manufacturing supply chain experience and experience in large multi-source data environments preferred.
  • Experience with enterprise-grade agent platforms (examples: Oracle AI Agent Studio, Microsoft Copilot Studio).
  • Proficiency in agentic AI orchestration and designing multi-agent workflows for autonomous decision-making.
  • Proficiency in context engineering and RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) to integrate models with live data via SQL or APIs.
