Job Description
Role
We are seeking a Team Lead specializing in NodeJS and React.js to lead development efforts, provide technical guidance, and drive architecture and troubleshooting activities for backend and frontend systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MySQL / PostgreSQL.
- Lead design and development of new systems and enhancements using NodeJS and React.js.
- Monitor and improve system performance.
- Provide technical expertise, guidance, and mentorship to the development team.
- Collaborate with Project Management to assess new functionality requests and support the Sales team in scoping projects.
- Use code versioning tools to manage source control and collaborate across teams.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in MySQL and PostgreSQL.
- Proficient in NodeJS and React.js, including modern features and React workflows (Flux or Redux).
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript (including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model).
- Familiarity with Restful APIs and Linux/command line environments.
- Proficient with version control systems such as Git (also mentions SVN and Mercurial).
- Proven experience in architecture and troubleshooting.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Team Lead.
- Vibe coding / live coding skills are required.
- Good English communication skills.
Compensation & Location
- Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month.
- Work location: In person.
