Role
As Tech Lead, Agentic AI Systems you will design and build agentic AI workflows and production-grade AI products that combine LLM reasoning, structured workflows, and external tools or APIs. You will own the technical architecture and lead engineering teams to ensure solutions meet scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build agentic AI workflows using modern LLM orchestration frameworks.
- Develop intelligent systems that combine LLM reasoning, structured workflows, and integrations with external tools or APIs.
- Implement production-grade AI products using Python-based backend frameworks with attention to reliability and performance.
- Integrate LLM/SLM models into enterprise applications with strong reliability and performance considerations.
- Own the technical architecture and lead technical design discussions, guiding teams on system architecture and implementation.
- Establish and enforce standards for code quality, modularity, testing, and deployment.
- Build and manage systems using modern LLM orchestration and observability frameworks.
- Implement evaluation, monitoring, and debugging workflows for LLM-based systems.
- Take ownership of technical delivery across AI projects and align implementations with business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with product, data science, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Identify technical risks and proactively propose solutions or architectural improvements.
Requirements
- Experience designing and owning technical architecture for AI/LLM systems.
- Strong experience with Python and Python-based backend frameworks.
- Practical experience with LLM orchestration frameworks and integrating models into applications.
- Familiarity with observability, evaluation, monitoring, and debugging practices for LLM systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical design discussions and guide engineering teams.
- Experience establishing standards for code quality, testing, modularity, and deployment.
- Proven track record of delivering reliable, maintainable production systems and managing technical delivery across projects.
