Role
Tech Lead / AI-First Full Stack Engineer (Vibe Coder) responsible for architecting, building, and delivering scalable web and mobile applications using AI-assisted engineering practices. The role combines hands-on development, technical leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and ownership of end-to-end delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive architecture, design, and delivery of scalable, fault-tolerant web and mobile systems.
- Daily hands-on use of AI tools for coding, planning, debugging, testing, documentation, and delivery.
- Lead solutioning, estimations, delivery planning, and stakeholder discussions.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment workflows.
- Deploy and maintain mobile apps (Google Play Store, Apple App Store).
- Mentor team members, enforce delivery discipline, and ensure adherence to timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (4 years) or higher in Computer Science or related field.
- 4+ years of progressive full stack development experience with strong Node.js backend expertise.
- Strong experience with AWS serverless architecture and cloud deployment.
- Proficiency with TypeScript, React, React Native and backend frameworks (ExpressJS, NestJS, NextJS).
- Practical experience with AI-assisted development workflows, coding copilots, agents, and automation tools.
- Good understanding of AI agentic architecture and orchestration concepts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and ownership skills.
- Bangalore domicile preferred. Immediate joiners preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹700,000 - ₹2,100,000 per year
- Benefits: Health insurance, Leave encashment, Paid time off, Provident Fund
