Role
The Tech Lead (Web & Mobile) will provide technical leadership and hands-on development across web and mobile platforms. The role requires designing scalable system architecture, implementing features, ensuring code quality, and mentoring development teams to deliver projects on time and to specification.
Key Responsibilities
- Project planning, scope definition, task allocation, scheduling, risk identification, and contingency planning.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate developers; delegate tasks and maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Hands-on development across web and mobile stacks including PHP, NodeJS, ReactJS, VueJS, WordPress, Laravel, REST API integrations, React Native and Flutter.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions; enforce clean coding standards and best practices.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and quality assurance to ensure performance and responsiveness.
- Review code, collaborate with product and design teams on feature development, and improve development processes.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate project metrics, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Facilitate continuous learning through training sessions and staying current with industry trends.
Requirements
Experience
- 8+ years of hands-on full-stack web development experience.
- Proven experience in a Tech Lead or Senior Developer role.
Technical Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience with: PHP, NodeJS, ReactJS/React.js, VueJS, WordPress, Laravel, REST API integrations, React Native, and Flutter.
- Experience in system architecture and designing scalable solutions.
Leadership & Communication
- Strong leadership, team management, task delegation, and project ownership skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving, diagnostic, and troubleshooting abilities.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
