Role
Technical Account Manager (Success Advisory) partnering with Pigment’s most strategic clients to help them unlock full value from the Pigment AI planning platform. This hybrid technical + client-facing role balances hands-on multidimensional modeling and technical advisory with strategic engagement at executive levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted technical advisor on performance best practices and Pigment’s multidimensional concepts.
- Partner with Customer Success to build client strategies aligned to each client’s roadmap and challenges.
- Run workspace audits and industrialize them using AI-assisted tooling to deliver deeper insights faster.
- Build and enrich the Success Plan offering, including repeatable, AI-augmented delivery modules.
- Collaborate with Product & R&D to surface opportunities for platform enhancement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- ~6 years in a technical, client-facing role such as Solution Architecture, consulting, or analytics advisory.
- Credibility engaging stakeholders from platform administrators to C-suite executives.
- Experience leading multiple parallel projects across internal and external stakeholders.
- Curiosity and practical experience using AI tools to improve advisory delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
- EPM modeling experience or strong appetite to develop deep expertise quickly.
- Familiarity with finance processes or adjacent use cases (supply chain, SPM, workforce planning).
- Comfort with data analysis, data flows and connections (SQL, APIs).
- Experience with AI tools/vibe coding, Claude code, MCP, solution design, and data architecture.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $170,000 - $190,000 per year.
