Role
A Technical Artist - Generative AI responsible for producing and refining images, audio, and video using generative AI platforms and professional artist tools. The role focuses on developing and optimizing prompting strategies, bridging traditional artistic workflows with AI-assisted processes, and documenting best practices for production use.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality image, audio, and video content using generative AI prompting techniques and tools.
- Produce content via web-based platforms, node-based workflows, LoRA methods, and experimental techniques.
- Augment and refine AI-generated assets using professional artist tools (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere AI, Adobe Creative Suite) and approved Gen AI platforms.
- Develop and optimize prompting strategies to achieve desired creative outcomes across multiple Gen AI platforms.
- Collaborate with creative teams to translate project requirements into effective AI-assisted workflows.
- Maintain quality standards while leveraging AI to improve efficiency.
- Document best practices and workflows for Gen AI content creation and evaluate emerging tools for possible production use.
- Work within approved Gen AI tooling frameworks and compliance processes (MosAIc approval processes).
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital content creation, technical art, or a related field.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience with generative AI tools for image, audio, or video creation and strong understanding of AI prompting techniques.
- Portfolio demonstrating the ability to create and refine digital content.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with creative teams.
- Understanding of production workflows and content creation pipelines.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly rate: $39.38 - $52.50 per hour (subject to local minimum wage and factors such as geography, skills, education, and experience).
