Role
We are hiring a Technical Lead / Senior Technical Lead to design, architect, and lead development of next-generation agentic AI applications using VIBE coding and AI-assisted development platforms. The role focuses on applying advanced prompt engineering, building RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) systems, and deploying AI workloads on cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and testing teams and own technical design and architecture for AI-driven applications.
- Develop applications using VIBE coding on platforms such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, Claude (Code), or Amazon Q (expertise in at least one platform required).
- Design and optimize prompt engineering meta-templates and apply advanced prompting techniques (context layering, instruction files, rule sets).
- Architect and deploy applications on AWS or Azure and integrate cloud AI services (e.g., AWS Bedrock, Azure AI).
- Implement NLP, ML, and MLOps concepts for scalable AI/ML pipelines.
- Develop RAG systems using the Python stack, including LlamaIndex, Llamahub, vector databases, and integrations with OpenAI/Claude APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-quality, AI-driven solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 12+ years of software development experience with a minimum of 5 years in a lead role.
- Demonstrated experience in VIBE coding and agentic AI development.
- Expertise with at least one AI-assisted coding platform (GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, Claude AI/Code, or Amazon Q).
- Strong prompt engineering skills and experience designing meta-templates and advanced prompting strategies.
- Experience with cloud architecture and deployment on AWS or Azure, and integrating cloud AI services.
- Practical experience building RAG systems and working with Python-based AI tooling (LlamaIndex, Llamahub), vector databases, and OpenAI/Claude API integrations.
