Role
The CareSide is hiring a freelance Technical Marketing Specialist to lead web optimization, technical SEO, web analytics, and AI experimentation. This is a hands-on, part-time contract (approximately 15–25 hours per week) working remotely to set up tracking, run tests, and build systems that improve marketing and sales efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze website analytics and user behavior to provide strategic recommendations
- Launch A/B tests using VWO, Optimizely, or similar tools
- Partner with web developers on crawlability, indexing, and technical fixes
- Collaborate with performance marketers to optimize campaigns (UTM parameters, conversion tracking)
- Own setup and optimization of tracking in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
- Experiment with and deploy AI agents (lead follow-ups, voice agents, internal tools) to improve efficiency
- Build marketing assets with vibe coding tools such as Lovable and Replit
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in web analytics and technical marketing
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Experience launching A/B tests (VWO, Optimizely or similar)
- Working knowledge of creating webhooks using Zapier
- Comfortable using website crawling tools such as Screaming Frog
- Experience with SEO software such as SEMrush and analyzing SEO data
- Ability to separate signal from noise and prioritize work for business impact
- Comfortable with ambiguity and working autonomously
