Job Description
Role
Vibecode is hiring a Technical Product Manager – User Success to own and scale user-facing channels and to act as the primary voice of the user. This is a hybrid product manager / product operations role with strong technical expectations and direct user-facing ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and scale all user-facing channels, including the early access program, in-app support, Discord community, and emerging client/enterprise touchpoints.
- Triage incoming feedback, identify high-signal pain points, and translate them into actionable product priorities and roadmap recommendations.
- Dive hands-on into user issues: debug the platform, educate users, and directly help power users ship apps.
- Structure and professionalize the Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) program; define and productize custom support offerings for complex apps.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and leadership to influence feature trade-offs and long-term platform strategy.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in high-intensity, execution-heavy roles (e.g., management consulting, investment banking, startup operations, or technical product roles).
- Strong technical foundation with experience developing software and proficiency in JavaScript.
- Ability to operate both zoomed-in on details (bugs, workflows, user pain) and zoomed-out on strategy (roadmap trade-offs and prioritization).
- Comfortable working directly with demanding users and clients and owning ambiguous problem spaces with minimal guidance.
- Clear, structured communication skills and a high bar for quality, speed, and follow-through.
Nice-to-haves / Bonus
- Experience owning customer feedback, support, or go-to-market signal as product input.
- Hands-on experience building or shipping software products.
- Prior exposure to early-stage or fast-scaling startups, founder/operator, or “first PM” experience.
Compensation & Location
- Base Salary: $100,000 - $250,000 (based on experience)
- Equity: 0.5% - 1.0%
- Location: In-person in San Francisco
