Autonomize AI is hiring a Customer-Facing Technical Program Manager to lead strategic, large-scale AI/ML implementations for enterprise healthcare customers. You will own program roadmaps, serve as the technical partner to engineering teams, and represent Autonomize to C-suite and senior IT stakeholders to drive successful launches and expansions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program delivery for AI/ML implementations, from discovery through deployment.
- Act as day-to-day technical partner to engineering teams: break down tasks, clarify requirements, and ensure sprint execution.
- Run agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives).
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and delivery to meet aggressive go-live timelines (typically 6–8 weeks).
- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and budgets in matrixed enterprise environments.
- Serve as primary technical and strategic liaison for C-suite and senior IT stakeholders; deliver executive-level updates on program health, risks, and ROI.
- Build and maintain customer relationships; translate customer feedback into product and strategy insights.
- Conduct technical deep dives, analyze logs/data flows/architecture diagrams, and validate solution architecture and integrations (e.g., FHIR, HL7).
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as HIPAA and SOC2 through metrics-driven QA processes.
- Continuously refine delivery frameworks, develop internal documentation and training materials, and drive process improvements to scale program methodologies.
Requirements
Required
- 5+ years in program/project management with at least 3 years on complex, customer-facing SaaS or AI deployments.
- 5–8 years of TPM or technical product role experience (explicit must-have).
- Proven experience in matrixed enterprise environments, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries.
- Strong hands-on understanding of enterprise software concepts, including APIs, data exchange standards (FHIR, HL7), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and core ML/AI concepts.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exceptional executive presence and ability to communicate technical topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven success shipping B2B enterprise SaaS products and strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred / Nice to have
- Vibe coding experience and proven experience developing concepts and prototypes.
- Experience in AI governance, LLM orchestration, or compliance.
- Engineering or Computer Science background.
- Startup experience in fast-paced environments.
- Certifications such as PMP.
