Technical Web & AI Operations Specialist

Role

The Technical Web & AI Operations Specialist will ensure client websites and digital infrastructure run smoothly by building, maintaining, and optimizing WordPress sites, configuring DNS and hosting, managing GoHighLevel accounts, and leveraging AI-assisted coding to increase efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize WordPress websites
• Handle DNS configurations, domain transfers, and hosting setup
• Set up and manage GoHighLevel (GHL) accounts and workflows
• Use AI-assisted (vibe) coding to develop solutions faster
• Work with the WordPress REST API and PHP to implement custom functionality
• Research and implement WordPress plugins and third-party integrations
• Perform ongoing maintenance: updates, backups, security, and performance tuning
• Troubleshoot technical issues across client sites and digital infrastructure
• Identify inefficiencies and implement smarter workflows and automations

Requirements

• Solid experience with WordPress and PHP
• Familiarity with DNS, domain transfers, and hosting environments
• Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor in daily workflow
• Self-directed, reliable, and strong problem-solving skills
• Agency experience is a plus

Compensation

Pay: 60,000.00 - 75,000.00 per year (currency not specified in posting).
