Role
Test Analyst (SDET) responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation scripts and AI-generated test assets for UI and API testing. The role emphasizes using AI tools to generate test cases, applying prompt engineering, and integrating tests into CI/CD and version control systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Use AI tools (e.g., AugmentCode, Copilot, Amazon Q, or other Vibe coding tools) to generate UI test cases from requirements and web apps.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python.
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to refine AI-generated test cases and scripts.
- Integrate AI-generated test assets into CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).
- Collaborate with QA leads to validate and enhance test coverage using AI insights.
- Troubleshoot and optimize test scripts for reliability and performance.
Requirements
- Experience in UI test automation using Python.
- Hands-on experience with AI-based test generation tools such as AugmentCode, Copilot, Amazon Q, or other Vibe coding tools.
- Good understanding of Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and natural language–based test refinement.
- Proficiency in Python for automation scripting.
- Familiarity with requirement analysis, test data creation, and defect triaging.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and Agile practices.
