Role
We are hiring a UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, emotionally intelligent, and scalable product experiences across mobile and web, with a strong focus on conversational interfaces, AI-led journeys, agentic UI flows, and design systems. The designer will actively use AI tools to prototype, simulate, and iterate on interactive experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design chat-based, card-based, and assistant-like conversational flows, including fallback states, handoffs, confirmations, clarifications, and error recovery.
- Create interfaces for agentic AI behavior (suggestions, approvals, summaries, edits, user overrides) and multi-step agent flows that prioritize transparency and trust.
- Use AI-powered design tools to compress design cycles, build interactive prototypes, simulate end-to-end conversational experiences, and generate copy variants and microcopy.
- Design with a growth and data mindset: read product analytics and conversion funnels, identify friction, propose fixes, and design growth-focused interventions (paywalls, upsells, referral loops, etc.).
- Own end-to-end product design: wireframes, user flows, prototypes, high-fidelity designs for iOS, Android, and responsive web; improve onboarding, discovery, consultation, payment, retention, and reactivation flows.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems with reusable components, documented usage rules, and patterns for chat UI, cards, expert profiles, recommendations, payment flows, and AI-led screens.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineers, prepare developer-ready Figma files, review builds, and iterate based on analytics and user feedback.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in UI/UX, product design, or interaction design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing mobile app design, consumer product flows, and design systems.
- Experience designing conversational UIs, chat interfaces, AI assistants, or guided flows.
- Hands-on fluency with AI design tools for prototyping and simulation (examples mentioned: Figma AI, v0, Lovable, Cursor, Galileo, Magic Patterns, Claude Artifacts).
- Strong Figma skills (components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping, design libraries).
- Good understanding of agentic UX patterns, data-informed design, growth hacking instincts, and ability to think in systems.
- Experience designing for iOS and Android and simplifying complex product logic into intuitive UX.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced product environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI products, wellness, creator platforms, marketplaces, consultation platforms, or subscription consumer products.
- Knowledge of behavioral design, personalization, retention flows, payments/subscriptions, accessibility, localization, and multilingual design.
- Experience collaborating with growth, CLM, or performance marketing teams.
