Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, developers, and QA to translate requirements into effective user experiences.
- Drive end-to-end UX activities including user research, personas, journey mapping, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Create and maintain UX artifacts such as user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design specifications that align with enterprise design systems.
- Use Figma as the primary platform for design, prototyping, and collaboration.
- Leverage AI-powered design tools and VIBE Coding practices to accelerate ideation, design exploration, experience prototyping, and design-to-code alignment.
- Ensure accessibility (WCAG) and usability across modernized UI platforms and support developer handoff and implementation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in user experience design across the full UX process (discovery through validation).
- Experience modernizing or redesigning legacy enterprise applications for improved usability and visual consistency.
- Advanced Figma skills including components, auto-layout, design systems, prototyping, and collaboration workflows.
- Strong wireframing and prototyping skills (low- and high-fidelity) and ability to create interactive prototypes.
- Solid visual and interaction design knowledge (layout, typography, color, responsive/adaptive patterns).
- Experience working with enterprise design systems, reusable components, and UX governance.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
- Experience with UX research methods (user interviews, usability testing, heuristic reviews) and data-driven design decisions.
