The role focuses on building with Codex and other AI coding tools, preparing data for LLM training and evaluation, debugging model outputs, and shipping end-to-end features from prototype to production.

Role
Vibe Coder / AI Developer (in-person, Wall Street) — Hands-on engineer to help train and improve Civra’s LLM, integrate it with databases and APIs, and build tools that let the AI retrieve information and take useful actions. You will move features from idea through testing and deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build with Codex and other AI coding tools.
- Connect databases, APIs, and business systems; implement authentication and webhooks.
- Prepare and organize data for LLM training and evaluation.
- Test model outputs, investigate failures, and improve reliability.
- Build retrieval and action tools for the AI to access and use information.
- Take features from prototyping through testing and deployment.
Requirements
- Working ability in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript, plus SQL.
- Comfort with APIs, authentication, JSON, and webhooks.
- Practical knowledge of Git, debugging, testing, and deployment.
- Good judgment around credentials, private data, and database access.
- Curiosity about LLMs, prompting, retrieval, and evaluation.
- Clear communication, urgency, and demonstrated follow-through (side projects or demos recommended).
- Ability to work in person at the specified Wall Street office.
Location
This is an in-person role at 44 Wall Street, New York, NY 10005. Candidates must be able to work on-site.
Compensation
- Listed salary range: $55,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year.
