Role
As a Vibe Coder, you will build lightweight tools, automate repetitive tasks, prototype ideas quickly, and transform day-to-day property operations through practical technology. You’ll work closely with leadership, operations, marketing, and vendors to turn ideas into working products without overengineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Build internal dashboards, portals, and lightweight apps for property operations
- Create tenant-facing and staff-facing workflows and interactive tools
- Develop automations for leasing, maintenance tracking, onboarding, and reporting
- Use AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development and integrate AI workflows
- Automate admin tasks using APIs, scripts, and no-code/low-code platforms
- Rapidly prototype MVPs and test concepts within days, iterate based on feedback
- Collaborate with marketing to improve website functionality, calculators, forms, and property presentation
- Identify operational inefficiencies, recommend scalable solutions, and document workflows
Requirements
- Comfortable shipping fast, working autonomously, and solving messy operational problems
- Strong instincts across design and engineering; ability to create polished experiences without overengineering
- Daily use of AI coding assistants and familiarity with AI-assisted workflows
- Experience with API integrations, scripting, and automations
- Ability to prototype quickly using code and no-code/low-code tools
- Collaborative mindset to work with leadership, operations, marketing, and vendors
Preferred / Technical Skills
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- React or Next.js
- Python scripting
- SQL or database fundamentals
- Automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)
- Familiarity with AI APIs and AI-assisted workflows
