Vibe Coder Product Developer

Role

We are hiring a Vibe Coder Product Developer to own product features from concept through shipped code, using AI-first workflows to iterate rapidly and deliver production-quality features to enterprise clients. This role combines full-stack development, product decision-making, and hands-on UI design without relying on dedicated designers.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product features from concept to shipped code.
• Build working prototypes in hours using Cursor and AI-native workflows.
• Design and implement beautiful interfaces without designer handoffs.
• Ship features directly to enterprise clients and iterate based on feedback.
• Make product decisions and work directly with the founder on strategy and vision.
• Build internal tools to increase team velocity.
• Turn rough ideas into polished features by the end of the day.
• Use AI tools to accelerate development (3–10x faster workflows).
• Own the full stack from React frontend to API integration.

Requirements

• Mastery of Cursor or equivalent AI-first development environments.
• Expert-level React, Next.js, and Tailwind experience.
• Strong UI design instincts; ability to ship polished interfaces without Figma handoffs.
• Portfolio of live, working products (clickthroughable) — required for interview.
• Self-directed execution and comfort making product decisions without detailed specs.
• API and database fluency to wire up backend logic quickly.
• Clear and effective asynchronous communication skills.
