Vibe Coding Course Instructor

Role

DavidsonX is hiring an instructor to develop and create a 4-week course titled “Vibe Coding: Building Apps & Websites with No Code.” The instructor will craft the syllabus, learning objectives, and scripted lessons, collaborate with the course development team, and participate in a live filming day on campus.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive course syllabus, learning objectives, and scripted lesson content
• Collaborate weekly with the DavidsonX course development team via Zoom
• Adhere to project timelines and the course development schedule
• Participate in a single live course filming day at Davidson College

Time Commitment & Schedule

• Approximate total time commitment: 50 hours
• Work is primarily remote and must be completed flexibly between September and November
• Must be available to travel to Davidson, NC for one filming day (travel costs reimbursed)

Requirements

• Expert-level Vibe Coding proficiency with tools such as Lovable, Replit, or similar
• Strong teaching ability and instructional design skills
• Exceptional on-camera presence and teleprompter reading skills
• Proficiency with remote collaboration tools (Google Suite, Slack, Zoom)
• Availability for ~50 remote work hours between September and November
• Ability to travel to Davidson, NC for a single filming day (travel reimbursed)

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation provided as a contractor fee, commensurate with experience and agreed before project start; payment issued upon successful completion of deliverables
• Travel expenses for the filming day will be fully reimbursed
