About the Role
Join IT Solutions Factory as a Vibe Coding Engineer to design and build a new technical stack around prompts, vibe workflows and LLMs; you will develop internal tools, define and orchestrate agents, identify and implement POCs, and collaborate with architects, leads and stakeholders to drive adoption across the group. Role
You will join a new team based in Nice to help design and implement a technical stack focused on Prompt / Vibe / LLM capabilities. The mission is to build internal tools, define agent architectures and methodologies, identify and implement POCs/quick wins for the NJJ group, and help evolve how PO/Dev/QA work with these new tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Architect, lead Vibe and group stakeholders to define agent behaviors, workflows and methodologies.
- Discuss directly with external sponsors to understand use cases for task optimization or full automation with LLMs.
- Develop technical solutions and implement POCs to validate identified opportunities across the group.
- Identify tools to support the target vision and help deploy them inside the organization.
- Participate in defining how PO, development and QA roles evolve with new tools and present the vision to ITSF leadership and the group.
- Contribute to administrative/strategic work such as preparing dossiers for CIR.
Requirements
- Strong experience managing applications in production and familiarity with CI/CD flows.
- Practical knowledge of agent orchestration: building workflows, rules and skills for agents and sub-agents.
- Experience integrating LLM APIs directly with a framework and building POCs that deliver value.
- Proficiency with Cursor or Claude (experience with either is expected).
- Familiarity with Bmad or OpenSpec.
- Comfort with Docker and Kubernetes, and using GitLab pipelines.
- Experience with NextJS and Python is cited.
- Autonomy, curiosity, tenacity and the ability to work on loosely defined projects.
- Bilingual English required and willingness to travel internationally.
