Role
The Vibe Coding Instructor & Office Manager will lead small-group classes (10–15 students) focused on teaching beginners how to build and launch functional applications using modern AI-assisted development tools and vibe coding workflows. The role also includes supporting operational needs of the workspace and coordinating program logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Vibe Coding Instructor
- Lead small-group, hands-on classes teaching vibe coding fundamentals.
- Guide students with zero prior technical experience to build and launch a working application by program end.
- Introduce and demonstrate modern AI-assisted development tools, workflows, and platforms.
- Design beginner-friendly lessons focused on practical outcomes and hands-on learning.
- Support students during build sessions, troubleshoot issues, and maintain motivation.
- Foster a collaborative and encouraging classroom environment.
- Continuously iterate and improve curriculum as tools and best practices evolve.
Office Manager (Potential Responsibilities)
- Coordinate class schedules, student communications, and program logistics.
- Manage basic operational needs and onboarding for new students.
- Maintain organization of materials, schedules, and classroom resources.
- Support community engagement events, workshops, and demo days.
- Work with the founder to refine operations and grow the program.
Requirements
- Enjoyment and hands-on experience experimenting with AI coding tools or vibe coding in personal projects.
- Comfort building simple applications using no-code, low-code, or AI-driven tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to explain technical ideas simply.
- Teaching, mentoring, tutoring, or workshop facilitation experience is a plus.
- Self-starter mindset and community-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using modern AI-assisted development tools or vibe coding workflows.
- Prior experience leading classes, workshops, or mentoring beginners.
