Role
Vibe Coding Specialist responsible for delivering client-ready websites and apps by prompting AI builders (Lovable / Lovable Cloud) to generate full-stack React/TypeScript projects with Supabase backends. This is a performance-driven, commission-first role with opportunities to scale earnings and move into project leadership and equity participation.
Key Responsibilities
- Vibe code high-value websites and apps using Lovable and Lovable Cloud: prompt in natural language to generate front-end and back-end code.
- Use Agent Mode, Chat Mode, and Visual Edits to autonomously build, debug, and iterate on projects.
- Deliver 3–10 client projects per month, aiming for client-ready, modern designs and functionality.
- Prioritize speed, client satisfaction, and output quality over low-level code maintenance.
- Grow into project leadership: manage vibe coders and take on equity/management responsibilities as you scale.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Lovable and Lovable Cloud or ability to learn similar AI builders quickly.
- Strong understanding of AI-driven web creation: prompt engineering and using LLMs to generate and refine code.
- Ability to deliver clean, functional designs; familiarity with React, TypeScript, Supabase, and Tailwind is a bonus.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, comfortable with commission-based compensation and high-output workflows.
- Must be Dallas-area based or willing to collaborate in-person/hybrid; remote work is also listed.
- Portfolio of previous projects (AI/vibe-built or traditional) preferred.
