Role
As Vice President of Product Management for the AI Application Development Platform, you will define and drive product strategy for the Creator persona (builders and developers) on the ServiceNow platform. You will lead and develop a team of product leaders, collaborate with design, research, engineering, and go-to-market partners, and ensure successful delivery of enterprise-grade AI application and intelligent agent capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy aligned with ServiceNow’s vision and growth objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Product Management leaders and teams.
- Collaborate with Design, Research, Engineering, and GTM to deliver the product roadmap.
- Identify market trends and new product opportunities to drive innovation.
- Develop deep understanding of customer needs and translate them into product requirements.
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs, assess technical feasibility, and make strategic trade-offs including monetization levers.
- Provide leadership and guidance throughout strategy-to-delivery cycles.
- Work closely with engineering to resolve system interdependencies and build scalable solutions for internal and customer-facing applications.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in product management, including at least 8 years in leadership roles.
- Experience leveraging or critically assessing how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software, technical architecture, developer products, and SaaS/PaaS platform monetization models.
- Proven track record of managing, developing, and guiding high-performing teams.
- Deep technical knowledge and experience working with engineering teams; prior individual contributor engineering roles are a plus.
- Strong customer focus with ability to translate customer needs into product requirements and drive adoption using analytical systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence and build consensus across diverse stakeholders.
- Experience thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments and adapting quickly to change.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related discipline.
Preferred
- Experience in agent-driven innovations and enterprise-grade AI application development.
- Demonstrated ability to lead product strategy and execution in large-scale, high-growth organizations.
- Familiarity with vibe coding and low-code/no-code development experiences.
- MBA is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay guideline: $274,100 - $465,900 (base). Plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation.
