Role
Website & Digital Content Specialist responsible for managing and growing digital presence across multiple brands. Keep websites running, integrated, secure, and performing while supporting content publishing, campaigns, and cross‑functional digital projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain multiple brand websites: updates, page creation, content uploads, and design adjustments.
- Oversee website integrations with CRM, ERP, and third‑party systems via APIs, forms, and plugins.
- Manage hosting, domains, DNS settings, and SSL certificates.
- Monitor website performance, security, and user experience; troubleshoot issues and coordinate with vendors.
- Publish blog posts, email newsletters, landing pages, and campaign content.
- Ensure SEO best practices; track analytics and recommend improvements.
- Leverage AI tools and AI‑assisted coding to streamline development and content workflows and validate AI‑generated output.
- Coordinate with marketing, creative, and leadership teams on digital projects.

Requirements
- 3–5 years managing websites and digital platforms professionally, ideally across multiple brands.

- Experience with AI coding assistants and the ability to validate AI‑generated output.
- Solid understanding of SEO, web performance, and content publishing workflows.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS; comfortable reading and editing front‑end code.
- Strong organizational skills, excellent written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple sites and priorities.
Preferred
- Graphic or basic web design experience.
- Experience supporting multi‑location or multi‑brand organizations.
- Familiarity with digital marketing workflows and automation.
Compensation
- Pay: From $60,000 per year (employer provided minimum).
