Werkstudent – AI Automation & Systems Engineer (m/w/d) at ADMKRS GmbH. Build, operate and iterate AI-driven automations and internal tools that replace manual agency processes. The role emphasizes system thinking, rapid prototyping, pragmatic testing and end-to-end ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build and operate AI automations and internal tools that deliver measurable business impact.
- Assemble and manage your own AI resources (tools, API credits, tokens) to create production-ready agents and systems.
- Implement AI agents (e.g., with Clawdbot / OpenClaw or comparable frameworks) to take over operational work and automate processes.
- Rapidly prototype using smart “vibe coding” approaches to test solutions live and iterate quickly.
- Collaborate directly with all teams to translate pain points into technical solutions rather than tickets.
- Maintain ownership of systems until they either scale or are replaced.
Requirements
- Passion for AI, automation and building systems that replace manual work.
- Initial practical coding experience (e.g., Python) and working with APIs from studies, personal projects, or prior student roles.
- Mindset: ownership, pragmatism, curiosity, fast learning and willingness to challenge existing processes.
- Must have primary residence in Munich (office-first mentality).
