Role
As a Werkstudent Automation & Systems Architect you monitor technological trends (particularly AI, automation, APIs and No/Low‑Code), prototype solutions using vibe‑coding, and translate business needs into scalable, secure automated systems and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Continuously observe and evaluate technology trends (especially AI, automation, APIs, No/Low‑Code) for relevance to the company and clients.
- Build initial prototypes using vibe‑coding tools (e.g., Loveable, Claude Code).
- Translate business requirements into scalable, automated solutions from concept to working setup.
- Design and implement integrations and automation workflows (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics, internal SaaS).
- Collaborate closely with management, project teams and business units to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
- Ensure solutions are robust, secure, scalable and maintainable (clean architecture rather than ad‑hoc hacks).
- Lead internal sessions/workshops and document work (including video documentation).
Requirements
Hard skills
- Strong understanding of modern automation tools and vibe‑coding skills.
- Experience with workflow automation platforms (examples include Make, n8n, Zapier).
- Knowledge of data models, interfaces, webhooks and system integrations.
- Experience with AI/LLM applications and prompt engineering is desirable.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
