Role
Werkstudent*in Technical Documentation and Information Development based in Munich. Support the technical documentation team in editorial processes, documentation projects and publication of customer documentation and help systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and support daily editorial routines, processes and workflows
- Support documentation projects across a broad product portfolio
- Create and edit English technical texts for engineers and technicians worldwide using modern content management systems
- Structure and migrate data and assist in harmonizing information objects
- Support creation of digital media, e.g., visualizations
- Identify and communicate optimization opportunities for editorial and publication processes; maintain, implement and use automation solutions
- Assist with publication of customer documentation and help systems
- Become familiar with web tracking and prepare insights derived from it
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree in Technical Communication, Computational Linguistics, Engineering or a related field
- Ideally experience with editorial tools and creating structured information
- Interest in new technologies and good technical understanding
- Strong communication skills, reliability, structured and independent working style, team-oriented
- Analytical thinking and systematic problem solving
- Initial experience with AI (KI), Vibe Coding or AI-based solutions
- Good German and ability to write complex technical texts in English
Location & Work Model
- Central workplace: Munich, Germany
- Mobile/home office work is possible but the role is office-based in Munich
- For the duration of employment you must be properly enrolled; during lecture periods you can work up to 20 hours/week
