Role
Werkstudent (w/m/d) supporting the company’s AI initiatives and digital tooling. You will help maintain and develop the firm’s AI chatbot and knowledge bases, support AI-assisted media production, build small applications and automation workflows, and assist with CRM/webshop tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and further develop the in-house AI chatbot and internal knowledge databases.
- Create and process video, audio and social-media content using AI tools.
- Develop small applications, digital tools and AI workflows; participate in creative AI projects.
- Implement solutions to increase efficiency in mapping and documentation processes.
- Automate internal office and work procedures.
- Support CRM-related tasks, including webshop management.
Requirements
- Current enrollment in a university (Werkstudent) and availability up to ~20 hours/week (more in semester breaks).
- Basic knowledge and interest in AI-assisted development and “vibe coding” (examples listed: Codex, Claude Code or similar).
- Familiarity with workflow/automation tools (e.g., n8n, ComfyUI or equivalents).
- Confident and versatile use of AI systems such as ChatGPT, Claude, Mistral, etc.
- Basic understanding of data protection, legal aspects of AI and ethical considerations for generative AI.
- Responsible approach to using generative AI.
- Optional: initial experience with OpenWebUI, Docker, local LLMs or Python.
