Role

Werkstudent:in GTM Engineering & AI Automation responsible for building, automating and maintaining the processes that find and engage new customers. You will learn existing systems during a handover phase and then take ownership of automation projects end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation projects from idea to live workflows (e.g., campaigns that detect suitable companies and reach out with personalized messaging).
• Create multi-touchpoint campaigns that contact prospects across channels at the right times.
• Build and operate workflows by connecting tools (CRM, data enrichment, outreach) and using AI agents to automate repetitive tasks.
• Evaluate and experiment with new tools to decide whether they should be adopted.
• Maintain and improve existing systems, diagnose issues and prioritize improvements based on metrics.

Requirements

• Enrolled student with at least 2 semesters remaining (Bachelor or Master transition acceptable).
• Studying a relevant subject (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Physics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering) or equivalent analytical aptitude.
• Hands-on experience building with AI: agents, automations, vibe-coding or small tools. Portfolio or examples of what you built preferred over certificates.
• Structured, independent working style and persistence in problem-solving.
• Very good German (C1+) and good English.
