Werkstudent:in Prozessoptimierung & Automatisierung supporting Personnel (HR) and Occupational Safety with 7–14 hours per week. The position assists in analyzing business processes, identifying optimization potential, implementing digital automation solutions, and maintaining Excel-based tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Support analysis of existing business processes and identify optimization potentials.
- Contribute to the implementation of digital solutions for automation of processes and workflows, including Microsoft Power Automate.
- Develop and optimize Excel applications using VBA to enable efficient, automated reporting and analyses.
- Work independently on smaller projects in close coordination with the team.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as required, handling sensitive employee data discreetly.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in business, information technology, industrial engineering or a comparable field (e.g., Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen).
- Good programming skills in Excel with VBA and experience with AI-assisted Vibe Coding.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Teams, SharePoint) and practical knowledge of Power Automate.
- Ideally, practical experience with Microsoft Access databases.
- Strong IT affinity, interest in digitalization topics and curiosity about AI.
- Structured, solution-oriented working style with pronounced analytical thinking; reliable and independent.
- Discretion when handling sensitive personnel data.
- Business-fluent German language skills.
