Role
Werkstudent (m/w/d) UI/UX Design in the User Interface & User Experience Design team to develop user-centered digital products for millions of end users and internal employees. You will work in agile product and project teams alongside product owners, developers and business stakeholders and take responsibility for your own design topics.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the conception and design of digital products within interdisciplinary product and project teams
- Apply UX methods such as usability testing, journey mapping, wireframing and prototyping across the design process
- Support workshops, reviews and presentations and actively shape collaborative team formats
- Deliver user-friendly concepts and iterate on UX solutions with a high standard of quality
Requirements
- Ideally enrolled in a master’s program in User Experience, Interface or Interaction Design, or have practical experience from agencies, product teams or digital projects
- Confident, professional use of Figma
- Practical experience with vibe-coding tools (e.g., Lovable) is explicitly mentioned
- Ability to work independently, structured and proactively; quick comprehension and implementation of topics
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Availability approximately 15–20 hours per week
