Werkstudent*in (w/m/d) Quality & Process Management (IT) — part-time (15 h/week), fixed-term. The role supports the Quality & Process Management team in maintaining QMS-documented information and portal content, assisting process management activities, preparing guidance and materials, supporting governance meetings, and contributing to continuous improvement and audit-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain QMS-documented information and portal/SharePoint content (document lists, metadata, versions, links).
- Support process management activities, including verifying completeness of documented information under guidance of QPM.
- Prepare summaries, FAQs, guidance materials and presentations to help process owners apply the Process Management Framework.
- Prepare agendas, meeting materials, minutes and action lists for governance and team meetings.
- Support continuous improvement, release/change activities and audit-related support tasks.
Requirements
- Enrolled student in a technical or business field (e.g., International Management or comparable).
- Availability for at least 1 year.
- Confident use of Microsoft 365 tools: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint and Teams.
- Experience in SharePoint administration and Power BI is a plus.
- Practical knowledge in Prompting and Vibe-Coding is welcome.
- Very good English skills; German desirable.
- Interest in quality management, process management, IT governance, compliance and continuous improvement.
- Structured, reliable, detail-oriented working style with analytical and process-oriented thinking.
- Good communication, team and presentation skills; readiness to learn and work in an international environment.
Work Arrangement
- Part-time (15 hours/week).
- Fixed-term contract.
- Up to an average of 60% of working time may be performed remotely within Germany, in coordination with the manager.
