Role
Working Student (f/m/d) to support the learning platform taxonomy for SAP’s Learning platform. The role involves data extraction and consolidation, organizing large datasets, supporting backlog preparation, and helping the team understand and map current and future capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract and consolidate data from multiple sources
- Analyze and organize large datasets using Excel
- Work with and manage tickets in Jira (experience is a plus)
- Support mapping of current and future capabilities for the core product taxonomy
- Assist with backlog preparation for taxonomy work
- Support content curation and taxonomy maintenance efforts
Requirements
- Enrolled student at a university or university of applied sciences in Germany
- Study fields such as Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics/Engineering, Education, or related areas
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of data extraction and data management
- Good-to-excellent English language skills (German optional)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid team setup and an agile mindset

Team and Context
You will join the Product Management and Design Tooling Experience team within the SAP learning area, working closely with development teams for the SAP Learning platform and using in-house tooling such as the SAP Multi-Experience Platform (MXP). The team focuses on backoffice solutions and tools to manage complex taxonomies and improve the authoring and learning experience.
