Role
Working Student (f/m/d) - Quality & Process Management (IT). Part-time fixed-term position (15 hours/week) supporting the IT quality management system and process management activities.
Mode of Employment and Location
- Fixed term, 15 hours per week.
- Mobile work within Germany is possible up to an average of 60% of working hours (subject to manager agreement).
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain QMS documented information and portal content, including document lists, metadata, versions, dates, links, and SharePoint/QMS portal content.
- Support process management activities and check completeness of documented information under QPM guidance.
- Prepare summaries, FAQs, guidance material, and presentations to help process owners apply the Process Management Framework consistently.
- Support governance and team meetings by preparing agendas, materials, minutes, and action logs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, release/change activities, and audit-related support tasks.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a technical or business-related degree program (e.g., international management or related field).
- Available for at least one year.
- Confident user of Microsoft 365 tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
Preferred / Additional Skills
- Experience in SharePoint administration and Power BI is a plus.
- Practical knowledge in prompting and vibe coding is welcome.
