Role
As a Working Student (f/m/d) on the SAP Signavio Product Management team for Modeling & Governance you will support product discovery, market research, customer feedback consolidation, and AI-assisted prototyping to drive product and market impact for SAP Signavio Process Manager, Journey Modeler, and Repository.
Key Responsibilities
- Support close feedback loops with customers through interviews, user testing, and consolidation of customer feedback.
- Conduct market research and analysis leveraging AI-supported workflows and tools.
- Support market releases and rapid AI-powered prototyping initiatives (pitches, 1-pagers, enablement videos, vibe-coded prototypes, presentations).
- Support data-driven decision-making, product success reporting, and quarterly product performance reviews.
- Drive customer- and user-centric messaging, contribute to product KIT updates, and support workshop facilitation.
- Explore and experiment with modern AI tools and AI-assisted coding/prototyping approaches to accelerate product innovation and internal productivity.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled student at a university or university of applied sciences (preferred fields: Business Informatics, Business Administration, Innovation, International Business).
- Computer skills: MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, and collaboration tools such as Miro or Mural.
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar is a strong plus.
- Passion for AI and emerging technologies and willingness to experiment with AI-supported workflows and rapid prototyping.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and proactive attitude; prior work experience preferred.
Team & Environment
- Paid, limited part-time working student position within the global SAP Signavio product team focused on process transformation tools.
- Hiring primarily in Berlin but flexible with location; role marked as hybrid (#LI-Hybrid).
- Expected travel: 0–10%.
