Zoho Agentic AI Internship Program

Role

Powerdata Group is running an Agentic AI Internship Program using the Zoho One platform to train university students, graduates, and early-career professionals to design, build, and operate intelligent, autonomous and semi-autonomous business agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end internship program activities: candidate onboarding, project allocation, skills development, mentoring, and progress tracking.
• Develop Agentic AI solutions that perceive business information, reason over context, recommend actions, and execute tasks through workflow automation.
• Build and integrate components across the Zoho ecosystem to support internship management and AI agent functionality.
• Produce proofs-of-concept and customer-ready solutions for CRM automation, customer support, and workflow automation.
• Track and report internship progression, project success metrics, and intern performance.

Program Goals

• Build a pipeline of Zoho and AI-skilled talent.
• Support AI consulting and automation services growth.
• Create reusable Agentic AI solutions and accelerate digital transformation.
• Provide practical work experience and mentoring for students.

Program Architecture & Core Components

The internship management platform and Agentic AI solutions will be built within Zoho One using the following components:

• Zoho Creator: primary internship management portal (candidate registration, applications, skills tracking, attendance, project management, mentor reviews, learning management, milestone tracking).
• Zoho CRM: records for candidates, interns, mentors, universities, partners, client projects, and AI opportunities.
• Zoho WorkDrive: stores learning materials, documentation, project artefacts, deliverables, and source repositories.
• Zoho Flow: automates notifications, project assignments, approvals, onboarding, and integrations.
• Zoho Analytics: dashboards for internship progression, mentor activity, student performance, attendance, and productivity reporting.
• Zoho Desk and Zoho SalesIQ: internal support desk, AI support agents, knowledge chatbots, applicant support and intern guidance.
• Zia AI: conversational AI, predictive insights, data summarisation, recommendations, and workflow assistance.
• Deluge scripting and third-party integrations to tie components and automate behaviors.

Candidate Expectations & Example Tasks

• Design an intelligent internship assistant using Zia AI to answer intern questions, recommend learning resources, and escalate complex requests to mentors.
• Combine Zoho Creator, Deluge scripting, and Zia to auto-assign interns to projects based on skills, interests, and availability.
• Design CRM and Zia-powered systems that predict intern success and flag those needing additional mentoring.
• Use Zoho Flow and Zia to create autonomous workflows that monitor milestones, send reminders, generate summaries, and recommend actions.
• Build Agentic AI customer support solutions using Zoho Desk, SalesIQ, and Zia to understand intent, retrieve knowledge-base content, and automate issue resolution.

Requirements

• Interest in AI, automation, CRM, analytics, and digital transformation.
• Willingness to work within the Zoho One ecosystem and learn tools such as Zoho Creator, CRM, Flow, Analytics, Desk, SalesIQ, and Zia AI.
• Ability to apply scripting (Deluge) and integration approaches to implement automations and agent behaviors.
• Collaboration, communication, and willingness to participate in mentoring and skills-development activities.
