Required prerequisites (do these first if not already done):
- **Install bb-mcp binary** — Install the bb-mcp binary via Homebrew (FabianSchurig/tap), APT/RPM, Scoop, Winget, the install.sh script, `go install`, or pull the Docker image ghcr.io/fabianschurig/bitbucket-cli. Run: `brew install FabianSchurig/tap/bb-mcp` (https://github.com/FabianSchurig/bitbucket-cli/releases)
- **Bitbucket Cloud credentials** — Create a Bitbucket app password / workspace token (see docs/mcp.md).
