Required prerequisites (do these first if not already done):

- **PostgreSQL database** — Provision a PostgreSQL database (Railway, Supabase, Neon, or local Docker)

Note: Self-hosted HTTP JSON-RPC MCP server. Required env: DATABASE_URL, ENCRYPTION_KEY. Optional: DFLOW_API_KEY, JUPITER_API_KEY, SOLANA_RPC_URL, ADMIN_API_KEY, PORT (default 3002). Quantish platform winding down.
